LAWTON, Okla. – Comanche Nation Entertainment has named two longtime team members the general managers of its properties in Cache and Devol, Oklahoma. Brian Weryavah serves as General Manager of Comanche Cache Casino and Sterling Ticeahkie serves as General Manager of Comanche Red River Hotel and Casino. 

"Brian and Sterling have been integral to our operations for years, demonstrating outstanding leadership and a deep commitment to our mission,” said Steven Doyle, CEO of Comanche Nation Entertainment. “Both have a strong history of mentoring team members and driving operational excellence, and we are excited to see them continue their success in these expanded roles.” 

Weryavah and Ticeahkie will oversee the strategic and operational management of their respective properties, focusing on team leadership, guest experience and a collaborative work environment to uphold Comanche Nation Entertainment’s standards of excellence. 

Weryavah has been with Comanche Nation Entertainment for over two decades years, holding various leadership roles, including overseeing operations and food & beverage management. Throughout his career, he has worked at four of Comanche Nation Entertainment's six properties across Devol, Lawton, Cache and Elgin.   

In each role he has held, Weryavah has devoted his work to supporting his fellow team members and developing their personal and professional skillsets, which he has accomplished by consistent mentoring and promoting within. He most recently spearheaded the casino’s re-grand opening and the introduction of the first Wahlburgers to Oklahoma. 

Ticeahkie joined Comanche Nation Entertainment in 2008, working his way up through several departments before earning leadership roles in surveillance, compliance and general management. While working in the security department, he was selected to participate in Comanche Nation Entertainment’s Leadership and Development program, where he earned his Certificate of Development in Gaming Management in 2011.  

During this time, he also earned an associate degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2013, becoming the first Comanche Nation Entertainment employee to complete the program and the only one to earn an associate degree while participating. He holds a certificate in gaming management and a bachelor's degree in business management. 

Ticeahkie recently led the groundbreaking for Comanche Red River Hotel Casino’s ongoing expansion, introducing two new pools and enhancing the resort-style experience for its guests.
