Haven Apartments now accepting 6–12-month leases
Durant, Okla. – The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma officially opened its newest multi-family housing unit in Durant, Oklahoma with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, April 22.
The Haven Apartments in Durant, located on 25 acres, offers 216 one- and two-bedroom units providing a comfortable and convenient living experience. The Haven apartments offer open-concept living areas with elegant wood-style flooring, premium hardware and modern lighting. The kitchens are designed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and ample storage. Each unit also offers in-unit washer and dryer and an oversized private patio or balcony.
In addition, the apartment community features a clubhouse with a billiards room, business center and a pool. The Haven apartments also offer residents a covered playground, dog park and outdoor grilling stations, enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
“We are excited to bring new safe and high-quality housing options to the Durant area and have it available to everyone in the community,” said Chief Gary Batton of the Choctaw Nation. “Last year, we opened 120-unit apartment community, Timber View, in Broken Bow. These apartments are 99% occupied and helped fill some of the housing shortage in that area.”
The newly built Haven Apartments are located at 2830 Haven Boulevard, Durant, Okla., and offers 6–12-month leases. Haven is currently accepting leasing applications from the public. Interested individuals can apply online here.
